Steps
Quickly refresh the baguettes in a hot oven so the crust shatters and the inside is soft.
Split each lengthwise without cutting all the way through and pull out a little of the crumb.
Spread mayonnaise on one side and pâté on the other, then add a dash of Maggi seasoning.
Layer in the meat, then the drained pickles, cucumber, chili and plenty of cilantro.
Press the loaf closed and cut in half to serve.
